Terms & Conditions for Ordinals Summit 2023 Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw T&Cs")
Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Ordinals Summit 2023 Lucky Draw (the "Lucky Draw") is subject to these Lucky Draw T&Cs. Entry into this Lucky Draw shall be deemed as acceptance of these Lucky Draw T&Cs, including any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications thereto. By entering the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the Lucky Draw T&Cs.
Lucky Draw. The Lucky Draw will take place at the Ordinals Summit 2023 after-party on 12 September 2023 at Dirty Blonde, 3 Temasek Boulevard, Sky Garden, #03-308/309 Suntec City, 038983 (the "Ordinals Summit 2023 After Party").
Entry. Each participant (each a "Participant" and collectively the "Participants") may enter and obtain chances to win a Prize in the Lucky Draw by attending the Ordinals Summit 2023 After Party. Each Participant is entitled to collect one (1) Lucky Draw ticket ("Ticket") at the Ordinals Summit 2023 After Party, which will allow the Participant to enter the Lucky Draw.
Mechanism. The Lucky Draw will be conducted using a manual draw methodology, where Tickets will be randomly drawn from a box in front of an audience that is open to all participants, and the Winners of the Lucky Draw (the "Winners") will be announced at or around 9 p.m. (Singapore time). The Winners will need to be present and respond when their names and/or Ticket identifiers are called, otherwise, we may in our absolute discretion carry out a redraw for the respective Prize. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event that a redraw is carried out, and a Winner who fails to respond shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation after the redraw is carried out.
Prizes. A total of five (5) hardware wallets will be given away in this Lucky Draw ("Prizes", and each a "Prize"). There shall be up to five (5) individual Winners of the Prizes. Every Participant is only eligible to win a Prize once in the entire Lucky Draw. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. We accept no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the Prize winnings. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, performance, or reliability of the Prizes, which are provided on an "as is" and "where is" basis by UKISS Technology . By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants and Winners agree to release us from any liability arising from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Finality of Decisions. Our decision on all matters regarding the Lucky Draw are final, conclusive and binding. We are not obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw. All Participants including the Winner(s) shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by us concerning, without limitation, these T&Cs, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Lucky Draw, the award of Prizes and any other matters relating to the Lucky Draw.
Collection of Prizes. Winners shall collect their Prizes during the Lucky Draw on announcement of their winning.
Amendments. We may amend these Lucky Draw T&Cs at any time at our sole and absolute discretion, without notice to you or providing any reason thereof. Our right to amend these Lucky Draw T&Cs includes, without limitation:-
- changing, removing, or replacing the Prizes;
- suspending, withdrawing, or terminating the Lucky Draw;
- changing the eligibility of participants, any dates in connection with the Lucky Draw and number of Winners;
- or any other changes in order to protect the interests of the Cake Group; and
- or under circumstances of abuse.
We shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned changes.
Inconsistency. In the event of any inconsistency between these Lucky Draw T&Cs and the terms of any marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these Lucky Draw T&Cs shall prevail.
Publicity Consent. Each Lucky Draw Winner consents to the disclosure and/or publishing of his/her name, particulars and/or photographs for publicity purposes, without any payment, fee or compensation whatsoever. Each Winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities conducted by us relating to the Lucky Draw.
Privacy Policy. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants are deemed to have agreed with the Ordinals Summit 2023 Privacy Policy and Ordinals Summit 2023 Terms and Conditions with regards to the collection, processing, use, disclosure of any personal data which it may obtain during this campaign.
No Third Party Rights. A person who is not a Participant has no rights under any contract law of any jurisdiction or otherwise to enforce any term of these Lucky Draw T&Cs in their favour.
Governing Law. The Lucky Draw and these Lucky Draw T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
